We do not promise good reviews. We promise to ask the question, every month, with method. A review is only worth something if it is true: that is what convinces your future clients.
Compliant with Google's review policies and with European consumer law (Directive (EU) 2019/2161, the “Omnibus” directive), which governs the solicitation and publication of consumer reviews.

Beyond 50 reviews a month, or for several locations, we put together a tailored plan.
A review published on your Google listing by one of your clients, following our satisfaction survey. We commit to collecting your plan's number of Google reviews every month, provided you send us enough clients to contact: at least 5 reachable clients per collected review. These reviews always come from your real clients: we invent neither clients nor reviews, and we do not choose who publishes. Our commitment is on the number of reviews, never on their rating.
If your client list was sufficient and your plan's number of reviews is not reached at the end of the month, we collect the missing reviews the following month, at no extra cost, on top of that month's reviews.
No. The subscription is monthly with no commitment: you cancel online, at any time, from your client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for. You can also change plan from one month to the next.
You land directly on your start page: the link to your review listing, the person to contact, your first client list (CSV or Excel) and the data processing agreement, in two minutes. You then receive a personal link to upload your list every month, and your invoice arrives automatically by e-mail.
You are informed without waiting for the report, with what they told us, so you can reply and fix what needs fixing. They receive the same invitation to publish as everyone else, and their review counts in your volume: we never filter reviews, which is what makes them credible.
Our commitment rests on the clients you send us: count at least 5 reachable clients per collected review, i.e. at least 50 clients for 10 reviews. If your list is not enough to reach your plan's volume, we tell you as soon as possible: you can complete it, or move to a lighter plan from the following month. We never fill a gap with invented reviews.
They are used only to carry out the survey on your behalf. We act as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR, under a data processing agreement you accept online at the start. Your lists are stored in Europe, outside any public area. Your files remain yours: they are neither resold nor reused.
Payment is processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider, by card or SEPA direct debit. We never see your bank details, and your monthly invoice is issued automatically.
