Three situations, clear rules: the data you leave on this website, the data of your subscription, and the data of your clients that we process to carry out the surveys.

Who processes your data

The form on this website

We collect your name, your company, your e-mail, your telephone number where provided, and your message, solely to look into your request and reply. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (art. 6.1.f). If you arrive from an advertisement, the campaign identifier present in the page address is attached to your message, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Recipients: the people at Excelor in charge of your request. Processors: OVH (hosting, France) and our business e-mail services. Retention: the time needed to handle your request, then at most three years after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship exists.

Your subscription and your payment

Subscription and payment take place on a secure Stripe page, which collects your billing details and payment methods and sends us the information needed to manage the subscription (name, company, e-mail, billing address and VAT number, chosen plan). We never have access to your bank details. Legal basis: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b) and accounting obligations (art. 6.1.c). Retention: the duration of the subscription, then ten years for accounting records, as required by law.

At the start, then at each monthly upload, we also record the contact person, their telephone number, the link to your review listing and your notes, as well as the date, version and IP address of the acceptance of the data processing agreement, in order to be able to prove it.

Your clients' data, during the surveys

When you entrust us with your client list, you remain the controller; we act as processor (art. 28 GDPR), under the data processing agreement accepted at the start. Your lists are uploaded through a personal link and stored on our servers in Europe (OVH), outside any public area. These contact details are used solely to carry out the satisfaction survey on your behalf and to invite your clients to publish their review. They are neither resold, nor reused for any other purpose, nor kept beyond what the agreement provides.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers. A piece of origin information (advertisement or referring website) is kept for the duration of your visit in your browser's session storage, then erased when the tab is closed. The Stripe payment page applies its own policy, available on stripe.com.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: write to us through the form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux.
