Version 1.4 — 25 octobre 2026

Terms of sale.

These terms govern Satisfait. subscriptions, a brand operated by EXCELOR SARL-S, 177, rue de Luxembourg, L-8077 Bertrange, RCS Luxembourg B300902, VAT LU36970588 (“Satisfait.”). They are accepted by the client when subscribing online. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

1. Purpose and clientele

Satisfait. carries out, on behalf of its business clients, satisfaction surveys among their own clients and invites them to publish their review. The service is reserved for professionals acting in the course of their business; it is not offered to consumers.

2. Plans and prices

Prices are stated excluding VAT. VAT is applied according to the rules in force: Luxembourg VAT for clients established in Luxembourg; reverse charge for businesses established in another Member State holding a valid intra-Community VAT number. Satisfait. may change its prices with at least thirty days' notice to the client; the client remains free to cancel before the new price applies.

3. Collected reviews and volume commitment

A collected review is a review published on the client's Google listing, or on the platform agreed at the start, by one of the client's own clients, following the satisfaction survey carried out by Satisfait., whatever its rating.

Satisfait. commits to collecting each month the number of reviews provided for by the subscribed plan, provided that the client sends it a sufficient number of real and reachable contacts, i.e. at least five contacts per review to be collected. If, despite sufficient contacts, this volume is not reached at the end of the month, the missing reviews are collected the following month, at no extra cost, on top of that month's volume, including when the subscription ends at the close of the month concerned. If the contacts sent do not allow this volume to be reached, Satisfait. informs the client, who may complete the list or change plan for the following month; the current month remains due.

Reviews come exclusively from the client's real clients. Satisfait. neither creates, buys, writes nor filters any review, and guarantees neither their rating nor their content, which belong to their authors.

4. Term, change of plan and cancellation

The subscription is monthly with no fixed term. It renews tacitly each month. The client may cancel at any time from their Stripe client area or through the website form; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, already paid for, with no pro rata refund. A change of plan applies from the following period.

5. Payment and invoicing

The subscription is payable monthly and in advance, by card or SEPA direct debit, through the payment provider Stripe. An invoice is issued automatically at each due date. In case of payment failure, Satisfait. may suspend the surveys after informing the client, until the situation is regularised.

6. Satisfait.'s commitments

Satisfait. commits to the volume of collected reviews under the conditions of article 3; for the rest, it is bound by an obligation of means. It commits in particular to carrying out the surveys with care and on the client's behalf, to inviting each person surveyed to publish their review, to reporting dissatisfaction without delay, to delivering a monthly report and to proposing a reply for each published review brought to its attention.

7. Integrity of reviews

Satisfait. neither buys, writes nor filters any review, and does not solicit satisfied clients only. The client undertakes not to ask it to do so. These rules derive in particular from Directive (EU) 2019/2161 and from the rules of review platforms. Satisfait. may suspend the service if a request contravenes them.

8. The client's commitments

The client sends only the contact details of people with whom it has had a real and recent business relationship, and ensures that it may have them contacted for this purpose, having informed them in accordance with the GDPR. It designates the publication platform(s) and replies to published reviews.

9. Personal data

For the data of the client's clients, the client is the controller and Satisfait. acts as processor within the meaning of article 28 of the GDPR. The data processing agreement, accepted online by the client at the start, specifies in particular the retention period and the deletion of data at the end of the subscription. For the rest, see the privacy policy.

10. Liability

Satisfait. cannot be held liable for the decisions of review platforms (moderation, removal or hiding of a review), nor for the content of reviews published by third parties. Its liability, all causes combined, is limited to the sums paid by the client for the last three months of subscription.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
