Version 1.0 — 24 octobre 2026

Data processing agreement.

This agreement, entered into under article 28 of the GDPR, governs the data of your clients that Satisfait. processes to carry out the surveys on your behalf. It is accepted online at the start and supplements the terms of sale. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

1. The parties

The subscriber, controller (“the Client”), and EXCELOR SARL-S, 177, rue de Luxembourg, L-8077 Bertrange, RCS Luxembourg B300902, which operates the Satisfait. brand, processor (“Satisfait.”).

2. Subject matter, nature and purpose

Satisfait. contacts the Client's clients by telephone to carry out a satisfaction survey on its behalf, invites them to publish their review on the platform designated by the Client, and reports the feedback to it. The data is processed for no other purpose.

3. Data and data subjects

Data subjects: the Client's clients appearing in the lists it uploads. Data: name, telephone number, e-mail address where applicable, date and nature of the service, as well as the answers to the survey. No special category of data within the meaning of article 9 of the GDPR may be sent.

4. Term

The agreement applies for the entire duration of the subscription. At its end, Satisfait. deletes the uploaded lists and the named answers within thirty days, unless the Client requests their return before that deadline.

5. Satisfait.'s commitments

6. Sub-processors

The Client authorises the use of OVH SAS (file hosting, France). Satisfait. informs the Client of any addition or replacement of a sub-processor; the Client may object by cancelling its subscription. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

7. The Client's commitments

The Client warrants that it may have the people in its lists contacted for satisfaction survey purposes, that it has informed them in accordance with articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, and that it sends only people with whom it has had a real and recent business relationship.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Luxembourg law. For the rest, see the privacy policy.
